The staff are understanding and great people, they assisted us with bags. This place is in a great location in the central area.

The hotel was clean and our room was big and cheap. The location was prime close to all tourist attractions and the staff here was helpful.

Good setting, it's really close to the center and the sea, the beach, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, and the tourist area. All the staff members are friendly and understanding.

During my recent trip to Istanbul, I had the opportunity to stay at Simax Apart Hotel. Although I only stayed for transit purposes, I was pleased with a couple of features that the hotel had to offer. the location was extremely convenient as it was located just 38 km away from the nearest airport. This made it effortless for me to catch my connecting flights without any hassle. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and answering all my queries regarding transportation and nearby attractions.

The AC in my room was not functioning properly, and despite repeated requests to the staff, it was not repaired during my five-day stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to all main attractions. You can reach the sea in just 3 minutes on foot. the room is clean and comfortable, with brand new sheets and towels. the receptionist, Mustafa, provides excellent service, making you feel welcomed and taken care of. the hotel offers fast and reliable internet connection, perfect for staying connected during your stay. there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, offering a variety of dining options.

The room does not have air conditioning. considering the affordable price, it is a small sacrifice to make.
